Grey, splintered and weather-worn decks stripped back, repaired and re-oiled to handle the Gold Coast sun, salt and rain.
A timber deck takes the full force of the Queensland weather - UV greys the surface, rain swells the boards and salt air dries them out. Restoration strips off the old coating and weathered grey layer, repairs or replaces damaged boards, re-secures lifting fixings, then re-oils or coats the timber to protect it again.
The right product matters outdoors: a penetrating oil that moves with the timber lasts far better than a film that peels. We’ll match the finish to your deck’s timber and exposure, and set you up with a simple re-oil routine to keep it looking good for years.

Every job runs the same proven way - no shortcuts, no surprises on the invoice.

Splits, splinters and cupped boards addressed; lifting fixings re-secured.

Sanded back to a clean, splinter-free surface ready to take oil.

Pick the look and we’ll handle the chemistry. Every coat below is one we apply day in, day out.

Usually yes. The grey is just the surface layer - strip or sand it back and there’s sound timber underneath. We only replace boards that are actually rotten or split beyond repair.
For most Gold Coast decks we recommend a penetrating oil. It moves with the timber and wears gradually, so it’s easy to re-coat - unlike a film finish that cracks and peels and has to be stripped.
Exposed decks usually want a fresh coat of oil every one to two years; covered or shaded decks last longer. We’ll show you the simple maintenance coat so you can keep it up yourself.
Yes. Pool surrounds get extra sun, water and bare-foot traffic, so we choose a non-slip-friendly oil and finish built for that exposure.
