We price by the square metre, and the rate depends on your timber, the state of the boards and the finish you choose - a heavily-coated old floor is more work than a light re-coat. Around Tallai we see a lot of solid hardwood, cypress pine and some Tasmanian oak in newer builds, and we’ll measure yours and give you a firm, no-obligation price before we start.
Not the way we do it. Our sanders run dust extraction that captures the vast majority of dust right at the cutter, so there are no dust clouds through the house. We mask off doorways and leave the site clean - it’s the number-one reason Tallai locals call us back.
