Fine Finished Floors started in 2010 with a simple idea: do one thing, and do it better than anyone in town. While other outfits chase tiling, decking and odd jobs on the side, we’ve spent fifteen years getting timber floors right - learning how Gold Coast hardwood moves in the humidity, which coatings stand up to salt air and bare feet, and how to bring a floor that looks past saving back to life.

You’ll deal with Naz from the first phone call to the final coat. He quotes your floor, runs the machines and walks the result with you before the trailer’s packed. When the owner is the tradesman, the standard doesn’t slip - your floor is never handed off to whoever happens to be free that week.

We come to you, read the timber, check the boards for cupping, gaps and old coatings, and give you a firm price with the right finish for how you live.
Three passes - coarse through to fine - strip the old coating and level the boards. Edges and corners are cut in by hand so the machine leaves no halo.
Gaps and nail holes filled to match the timber, then sealed and built up in even coats, de-nibbed between each for a dead-flat, hard-wearing finish.
You inspect the floor with us under work light. The trailer doesn’t get packed until you’re happy - that’s the 100% satisfaction guarantee in practice.
